Senior Software Engineer

Reporting to the VP COG ECM enterprise Forms Portfolio Delivery Manager, this role will be responsible for managing and supporting Implementation of a new Document solution for identified applications with the CCM landscape, in APAC.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Design and implement efficient SQL scripts for data validation, transformation, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems and reports.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and implement best practices for data governance.
• Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and other teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment with business goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts on SQL best practices and data analysis techniques.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline data pipelines where possible.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets.
• Experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
